Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Arcavoya iOS app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. They are short — please do read them.

What Arcavoya is (and is not)

Arcavoya provides AI-generated tarot readings for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are creative interpretations, not statements of fact and not predictions.

Arcavoya is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Fair use and daily limits

Arcavoya is free to use with generous daily allowances per device, enforced to keep the service available for everyone. Attempting to circumvent limits, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes is not permitted.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you hold in the questions you ask. You grant us only what is technically necessary to process a question and return a reading, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content

The Arcavoya name, app design, and website are our property. Card imagery is based on the public-domain 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith tarot, redrawn for Arcavoya. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means acceptance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
